Tell us a little about you and your beloved:  Brian was a small town boy from Maxwell, CA. He grew up in the country and has been involved in farming from the time he was young. I was a city girl, living in the heart of Sacramento. From the time we met there was an instant connection. Brian and I were alike in so many ways, and as corny as it sounds we complete each other. Brian and I have settled in the the small town of Arbuckle, a small town where we have created a life we both love. I am a first grade teacher, and Brian is a grain broker.

What was the most amazing part of your day?  Wow, I do not know if I can pick one part of our wedding day. I would say the most amazing part of my day was that it turned out exactly how I had always pictured it. The floral design in rose petals on the aisle, the lanterns hanging from the huge trees over the dance floor, the beautiful candy bar and most importantly walking down the aisle into my husband’s arms.

What else would you like to share about your big day?  Our day was so much fun. It was incredible to feel like a princess for a day and be surrounded with all the people I love. If I could describe our wedding in one word it would be MAGICAL!

Any advice you’d give to our readers who are planning their weddings right now?  Enjoy every moment of everything. Make it special and make it your day. Do not give up on the things you want most because years down the road you will still remember all the little details that have slipped others’ minds.

Anything that you would have done differently if you were given the chance?  Put the photo booth in a central location that people have to pass by on a regular basis, that way you’ll get more photos, and they are great momentos to look back on.
